GLOBAL HEAD OF BRAND EXPERIENCE
Responsible for the global brand experience function of a leading international technology company – from strategic conception to worldwide implementation in Europe, the USA, and Asia. Overall responsibility for the conception and redesign of the global trade fair presence – including EuroBLECH with 2,500 m² of exhibition space and a budget of approximately CHF 3 million. Initiation and project management of a strategic investment project in the high double-digit million range for the construction of a new global Brand Experience Center – project suspended due to strategic business decisions. Development of integrated customer journey strategies and a consistent global brand and exhibition architecture to strengthen brand perception, differentiation, and customer loyalty in the B2B environment.

Establishment and management of the event marketing division of one of Switzerland's leading communications agencies – including team building, client development, and new business acquisition. Responsible for the strategic conception and implementation of national and international projects – including SR Technics at the Beijing Olympic Games, the "Stop Piracy" anti-piracy campaign, and marketing activations for the Rioja wine region. Overall responsibility for the Birgit Nilsson Prize in Stockholm – the world's most prestigious music award with a prize of USD 1 million. Conception and execution of the award ceremony for approximately 2,500 international guests and dignitaries, including the Swedish royal couple, around 30 ambassadors, and international figures from the classical music world.

Management of the Sponsorship and Event departement of the Emmi Group. Responsible for all national and international sponsorship and event marketing projects, including Moto GP sponsorship in Europe. Over 25 years at the intersection of strategy, brand, and experience—on the corporate, agency, and consulting side. My background in architecture and music has taught me one thing: it's not the loudest sound that wins—but the best orchestration.
My career has taken me from leading Swiss communications agencies to global companies like Samsung Electronics and Bystronic, and on to executive management and strategic consulting roles. I have built global experience center landscapes, managed award-winning campaigns with a reach of millions, and guided brands through complex transformation processes.
What drives me: the intersection of leadership, creativity, and the market. I work on equal footing with CEOs and management teams — where brand strategy and communication make strategic decisions.
